Some of our partners provide fulfillment services for Photo Finale master/standard products, some provide a line of their own exclusive products and some provide templates or products that you can use to produce the item locally.

1. If you plan to add any 3rd party products to your site, please visit photofinale.com/go and click Register for Marketplace. Fill out the info and let us know if you would like the JONDO products. We will send you details and an agreement to e-sign.
2. For all the companies except JONDO, contact with the partner directly to initiate setup. The partner will coordinate with Photo Finale to enable the catalog, We will contact you once it’s added with details from there.

Prestige Printing are Photo Finale managed catalogs that are fulfilled by 3rd party partners. Prestige Printing billing is centralized through Photo Finale, customer service issues are managed by Photo Finale and all catalog management is built into the catalog subscription. All Prestige Printing catalogs will use the API to update the consumer and the lab with order status and shipment status.

Fulfillment Partners are authorized and tested 3rd party partners of Photo Finale. These catalogs are billed directly to the dealer without going through Photo Finale. Photo Finale is not responsible for returns or support related issues. All Fulfillment Partners will use the API or other tools to update the consumer and the lab with orders status and shipment status.

Photo Finale is an open system and at its core, a community of photo dealers and printers. Any Photo Finale customer can share their catalog with another member for free trade. Photo Finale does not support the orders or financing of these relationship and expects all dealers to deal fairly with other peer partners. If a peer has a significant number of complaints, they may lose the ability to share catalogs with peers.
